| Shenzhen Expressway. Total investment for the factory was approximately RMB180 million and its registered capital was RMB10 million. The factory, built on an area of 45,000 m2, has a production capacity of 16 million m2 per annum. The factory is now well known as the largest floor production factory in Asia. Its major product, "Power Dekor" laminated floor, has been ranked by the State Statistics Bureau as the best selling laminated floor in China for seven consecutive years since 1998. Meanwhile, "Power Dekor" brand has also been awarded as the "China's Prestigious Product" and "Customer Satisfied Product". In 2005, this flagship premium brand, "Power Dekor", was awarded by the World Brand Laboratory and the World Economic Forum as one of the "Top 500 Most Influential Valuable Brands" in China. It was placed in 160th, being the first in the construction material industry. Its intrinsic value is estimated at about RMB3.84 billion. |
| To assure the product quality, the factory has adopted the world's most advanced equipment and techniques, which allow it to complete automatically all the production processes.
