1994 Dekor Group was formed

1999 Asia Dekor Holdings Limited was incorporated in Bermuda and became a holding company of the Asia Dekor Group. Its ordinary shares were successfully listed on the main board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited

2001 Asia Dekor Industries (Shenzhen) Co Ltd was built and began production
of laminated flooring products.? Its annual production capacity is 16 million m2.

2003 Asia Dekor Group was honorably awarded the Certificate for Product Exemption from Quality Surveillance Inspection by the State General Administration of the People's Republic of China for Quality Supervision And Inspection and Quarantine.

2004 Asia Dekor (Heyuan) Woods Co Ltd was built and began production. Its annual production capacity is 200,000 m3 high/medium density fibreboards.

2005 "Power Dekor", the flagship premium brand, was awarded as one of the "Top 500 Most Influential Valuable Brands" In China. It was ranked in 160th place, being the first in the construction material industry.
"Power Dekor" brand was also awarded as the "China's Prestigious Product" and "China's Most Popular Brand".
Asia Dekor Group was ranked first within the China's wood panel industry, being the second consecutive year to Receive a prestigious award of the China's Most Effective Industry Leadership Award.

2006 Asia Dekor (Huizhou) Woods Co Ltd was built and began production of quality particleboards. The annual production capacity of the factory is 200,000 m3
