| Established in 2002 by restructuring the "Power Dekor" distribution network, Power Dekor Group Company Limited is a joint venture between Asia Dekor Group (a group with a company listed on the main board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited) and Dare Technology Company Limited (a A-share listed company in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange). Power Dekor Group Company Limited is principally responsible for the sales and distribution of laminated wooden floors under the flagship premium brand "Power Dekor" in China. |

It operates a countrywide distribution network with more than 1,500 exclusive "Power Dekor" retail outlets in operation as at the end of December 2005.

Power Dekor", being the flagship premium brand, had been ranked by the China Industrial Information Issuing Centre first in sales in China's wooden flooring market for seven consecutive years from 1998 to 2004. In 2005, "Power Dekor" brand had also been awarded as the "China's prestigious product" and "China's most popular brand". At the same year, the World Brand Laboratory and World Economy Forum jointly awarded "Power Dekor" as one of the "Top 500 Most Valuable Brands' in China. It was ranked in 160th place with a valuation of over RMB3.8 billion, being the first amongst the construction material industry.
